Copyright & DMCA Policy
Routinli respects intellectual property rights and expects Partners to do the same. This Policy explains how to report content on the Platform that you believe infringes your copyright, and follows the notice-and-takedown approach of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) as a practical standard, regardless of where you or Routinli are based.
1. Overview
Programs, Routines, and Steps on the Platform are created by independent Partners. If you believe a Partner has posted content that infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it by filing a notice as described below. We remove or disable access to content we determine to be infringing, and we notify the Partner who posted it.
2. Filing a notice
To file a copyright notice, send us:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed
- The specific Program, Routine, or Step where the infringing material appears (a link or clear description)
- Your name, address, phone number, and email
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you’re the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Send notices to admin@routinli.com with “Copyright notice” in the subject line. Incomplete notices may not be actionable.
3. Counter-notice
If content you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice with: your contact details, identification of the removed content and its original location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court (or, if you’re outside the U.S., an appropriate court with jurisdiction). We may reinstate the content if the original claimant doesn’t pursue legal action within a reasonable time.
4. Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate the account of any Partner who is the subject of repeated, valid infringement notices.
5. Misuse of this process
Filing a knowingly false notice or counter-notice can carry legal liability. Please only use this process for genuine copyright claims — for other problems with a Program, use our Support page instead.
6. Contact
